Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My car was in a collision and Mike took care of everything from start to finish. He explained the whole process clearly, kept me updated along the way, and even texted me when the car was almost ready. The turnaround was only a few days and the car came back looking amazing. After my accident I didn’t hesitate to schedule an appointment with Bik’s, mainly because they did such a flawless job on my daughter’s VW last fall when she hit a deer. Communication is important to me, Bik’s kept me informed every step of the way. They are organized and thorough with how they explain things and operate. My car was hit from the back; thus, destroying my bumper. Pearl white is very difficult to match, Bik’s did an excellent job matching the rear bumper to the factory paint. I highly recommend them.

My son hit a deer in his 2018 Ford Focus ST, we researched body shops and decided on Bik’s solely based off their reviews. I called and spoke with Mike, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He handled everything with Progressive for us and the repair team did a wonderful job. We were so happy, we referred my sister when she needed a body shop. These guys know what they are doing and do it very well. What would I change? Nothing! I highly recommend them to anyone that needs repairs done. Thank you Bik’s!
